I purchased two pair of eye glasses at Sears in Salina around Aug of 2010. I am now down in Mississippi and have discovered that a lens fell out of one of the pairs and I was not able to locate it. I went to the local Sears in Biloxi Ms and was told that it would cost me $75.00 to have a new lens installed. I feel that there was poor workmanship as I have never lost a lense before nor has my husband. The lens must have been improperly installed and I feel that it should be replaced at no cost to me.
