I've placed 2 orders with Cymax and both have been riddled with complications. The first, placed 11/21, was an item their site indicated was "in stock". After being charged for my order, I heard nothing for over a week, so I requested an update. I then received an automated email indicating my product was backordered until 12/31. Ok, I could live with that, so I waited. Then, in mid-December, I receive another automated email that says the product is further delayed until 1/15.
