Bought home with this service provided. Furnace went out 12/19/10 - so just a tad cold outside. Called and they scheduled their workers. Told if I don't hear from them in 2 hours to call them back. Well, of course, I didn't hear from them so I called back. I was advised at that time I could get an outside company to repair it since it is the furnace but to call them after I select the comapny for the 'reimbursement procedures'.
