Thank you to all those that have insight... however please don't salt the wound further with what we could have done. I realize now that this could have been done for free. Had I been properly informed before I along with every other person involved would not be in this mess. As always hindsight is 20/20. So I contacted my lender today in an attempt to move the modification forward. To my Horror I discovered that Modify Utah had not done a Damn thing. Modify Utah is a SCAM! I see now several other complaints just like mine. I too am out 3k and need that money back in order to save my house. Any advice is Welcome, I am filing complaints with every agency I can think of. One I haven't seen noted is the FTC. If we can't get our money back, maybe we can at least send these crooks to Prison for preying on the desperation's of those in need. I see another agent with the last name Fitts.
