We booked LPG Indian oil gas on 21st December 2010, so far we have called 10 to 15 times and the call duration is for 5 to 10 minutes every time, Many of the times they were not lifting the calls even its ringing. They didnt give the Consumer Booking No. at the time of booking, they were registering the booking and telling us orally it was registered without informing the booking number.
