I have purchased a flat G-209 on 16-Apr-2008 in Ittina Mahavir Apartments, Bangalore and they have not completed the construction till today. As per the agreement they had to complete the construction and hand over the flat to me by AUGUST 2008. I have paid the 95% of the cost of flat at the time of purchase that is Rs 23, 75, 000. Only 5%(Rs1, 25, 000) is pending which is suppose to be paid at the time of possesion.
