There has not been a time that I have dealt with this company without them messing me about i.e. taking wrong details, sending to wrong address, there call centre takes an age to answer. Their lack of interest shows contempt to their customers and if anyone in their right mind thinks of using them instead of Sky they need their head examined. Sky is the way for me.
