On Dec. 2oth I purchased a bottle of Loreal liquid makeup from Duane Reade . It wasn't what I wanted, but I couln't return it. I was hoping that Loreal would understand and give me a coupon for a different shade, since Duane Reade won't make exchanges. Loreal didn't give a damn. I'm not made of money, but they expect me to eat the cost. I'm supposed to buy the sunday paper to, if I'm lucky get a coupon. I'm also supposed to ask the manager of D.R. if they'll make an exception and exchange product. Instead I'm forced to spend more money to buy a different shade.
