Here is a complaint regarding Qwest, and their bad business practices! Such as price gouging, hidden fees and threats of disconnection of services, even if we paid them and then add insult, claim we would have to pay an activation fee! For a services we have had more than a year! over billing claiming they only charge once a month. Then how come between the 2 of us we have paid them almost $500.00!
