i checked the web site the price of the item was £69 when i got my bank statement £96.35 had been taken out. on my part i missunderstood terms and conditions about sending the item back so i expect to pay for the item which today i was told by the company was just over £62, and i cancelled the repeat order so no more will be turning up, but that does not explain the difference in price charged and price told to me.
