I saw this hair growth product in the back pages ads of STAR magazine and went to the website. I have ordered online lots before and had no problems but this time, I was charged for the product on Sept. 25th, 2010 and still have not gotten it!!! The first call I placed to them, I was told I hadn't waited the 4-6 weeks it takes. NOTHING takes that long to ship these days!!!
