Hi, I am a customer of Airtel Broadband for ages. 1) I raised a request number: 10751505 on 23 Dec to upgrade my connection to 4 MBPs 2) At the end of 5 working days, a Complaint Number: 4137 1044 was registered, when I was informed that this can be done by 30 Dec. 3) Once again ...Nothing happened.
