Dear Consumers, Even if i am buying over the phone or the internet, i think that I sould get the same respect and courtecy as if I were in person, now for this company i think its the opposite. First i called to order a free trial period for $7.99, over the automated system, tried to talk to someone but kept getting a machine so I took my chances because i really wanted to try this product. then the next I happen to check my bank account and saw where to company took $118.00 from it, NOW isnt that ridiculous.
