I too was scammed by the Tax Club. I complained to the BBB in New York, and they stransfered the complaint to the BBB in Utah. I finally got a 50% refund, I think I should have got more, like 80% because they really did nothing for me. The Utah BBB helped me out to get he refund that I did get. They were a big help as I live in Canada and didn't have the resources that I needed to fight with a USA company.
