I have been banking with chase bank from last 3 years and my experience with them is the worst of all, The customer service takes for ever to answer and once they answer the call, they dont pay attention to customer problem they transfer the call to diffrent branch or location .. and then it goes on ... I deposited my pay check in last week of december and its been more than a week and still not cleared ...when i call the branch they refuse to talk to me about my own account and hang up the phone ...
