Ulta's customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced from an online retailer. I called 2 different times & got hung up on. I called today & was on hold for 45 min before talking to Jennifer. She was very unhelpful and rude. They lost my return of $44 and she didn't make any attempts to try and recover it or track it or offer any help.
