Do not get a Capitol One card. I tried a secured card inorder to build credit. They locked my account up over B.S. security questions. After months of this, I told them to send my deposit back. They wanted me to do an ID verification through my bank. This isn't something they do. They finally wanted me to send more money for fees. I told them to take the fees out of the deposit, which they agreed to. Then they told me it could take sixty days to get it back. This was three months ago.
