I have a pre paid connection from Airtel representative (Rupesh) and had recently purchased a new post paid card which was claimed to be activated in 3 days. i am calling the customer care via my pre paid card and they dont address my query as its post paid query and tell me to call via my post paid card which is inactive. I insist to transfer my call to a post paid executive but in vain. They say they dont provide this basic facility.
