Dear Sir, I have submitted a complaint on 5th jan but today i received a call from Mr Rahul Sinha(AIRTEL) who not even able to provide me the resolution but he also treat and prove me the "CULPRIT". Being proactive at my end to complain for the miss usage he told me that i deliberately used the services and now denying it for the payment.He even lure me for some amount to get the payment.
