Had a miserable experince, when I decided to lodge a complaint. Was stonewalled, ignored, and threatened punitive measures if persisted. "How dare you complain about the national airline of the uae" is the response I recieved. blasphemy! The ground staff was vindictive, intransigent and dishonest when I tried to escalate. Spoke to the duty mnager who showed sympathy, but was unwilling to do anything more. Email complaints went to a blackhole never to be responded to.
