Last year I decided to do my taxes online with H&R Block because they "guaranteed" a "fast and accurate" return. I paid for their premium program. After entering in all my info and answering the questions, I e-filed my return. Upon reviewing it, I realized that I had been given a credit that I didn't qualify for.
