I have had a chase account for 14 years with no problems. I have always paid my payments on time and never went over my limit, until recently. I missed a payment by 3 days and went over my limit once because of the interest they tacked on. I recieved a notice in december that they are going to raise my interest rate from 13% to 17%. When we called to talk to a representative about this we hit a road block. The guy on the end was rude and would not help at all.
