I was a loyal customer of Fingerhut fir many years...until one Christmas they sent me a defective item (it was a toy for my son) I called and told them about it but they did not feel they were responsible and refused to replace the item. Mind you...I didn't ask for a refund I wanted them to replace the item but they would not! But yet they continued to bill me every month.
