Web order placed, received one automated response confirming order placed, and I saw my credit card charged for the value. 4 business days later, the order is still unshipped on their web site, and the cust.svc number answers, but can't get past the voice menus to talk to a live person. Tried 20 times to no avail. Sent e-mail requesting date the order will be shipped, no answer yet. read full review »
