My wife and I were to take a cruise to Encinada, Mexico, June 2009. Carnival changed that cruise because of the swine flu to Catalina, CA. We declined that cruise, asking for a refund since you can board a boat off the coast of CA for less than $10 to go to Catalina. They refused that refund request although a credit was issued for part of the money a few weeks later. Since then I have become unemployed for the past year.
