The customer service at this salon is atrocious; I went to get threading done and was undercharged by the owner. I was unaware that he had undercharged me and I was more than happy to return to the salon to pay the extra $4 once it was bought to my attention. However on returning to the salon I was yelled at by the owner calling me a “bloody liar” and telling me it was my fault and not to “teach him” when I suggested some polite and professional customer service would do the trick.
