my complaint is with sales service and personnel. all started with ami in sales who quoted me the wrong price on a ring i wanted to purchase. over 3 months later i was made aware of this screw up when i assumed i had a final payment of 550dollars and it turned out to be over1900!!!.i9 complained to jessica the manager who is rude and didnt seem to care at all and the vice president and even richard kesslers wife!! basically all of them told me the price is what it is and they wont change it. they accept no responsibility for screwing up and... read full review »
