I placed an order online on 12/05/10 for a pair of Ugg boots. I received a confirmation email saying the tracking information would be sent in 2-3 days. It never arrived. When I tried to follow up with the company I was unsuccessful in reaching them either by phone or via the internet, all lines were dead links. I never received the boots. read full review »
