How is it possible to lose a tracked parcel? I don't know and neither do Hermes, apparently. The tracking shows it was delivered on 24th December, but I was in all day and nobody called or left a card. I have spent around three hours - on an 0871 number, no less, which will cost me an absolute fortune! - to Hermes trying to locate my parcel.
