Dr Merchant treated my child @ER Prov. He was extremely mean to the point of being abusive both verbally and physically. He smelled heavily of alcohol and was pompous and unapologetic when I confonted him about his unacceptable behavior. At one point he angrily shook my child!. In reading others complaints about him, it appears that I was lucky. We cant always choose who provides our emergency care, but I would suggest you never use him and certainly never leave your loved one(s) alone with him! Beware! Rick read full review »
