I agreed to switch business internet/telephone service to Qwest's Core Connect service from another provider after receiving a written quote from a Qwest sales representative, including taxes, fees and surcharges. Actual taxes, fees and surcharges have been twice the amount stated. Qwest will not accept responsibility for their misrepresentation -- after many calls I have learned that the sales person is a "Preferred Business Partner", which apparently means that they will not answer calls, return calls, or remedy their deception... read full review »
