I have complained vide complaint No.097383 dt. 27.10.10 regarding following services, but no action has been taken: (1) AC in the railway coach was not functioning even after repeated reminders (2) No cleaning of the compartment done since my boarding at Gwalior (3) Plenty of cockroaches in the compartment (4) Even the acknowledgement of my complaint has not been sent. read full review »
