We bought an LG front load 8kg washing machine 2 years back. Needless to say, it cost quite a fortune because of its advanced features. It worked perfectly well till about 2 months back. We got a IE (inlet error) message displayed in the panel & water was continuosly leaking from the washing machine's outlet pipe. We contacted the customer service people & they were prompt.
