I purchased a sectional with a leather back and microfiber cushions from Macys. After 5 months I was extremely dissatisfied, so I called them. The sectional was constantly coming apart betweens sections, so I was constantly pushing the couches together and I would have to move the prongs that held them into place, they would cut my feet, stub my toes, because they always moved...and they were extremely uncomfortable. These are the unsafest couches I have ever purchased and Macy's said there is nothing they can do about them because I should have called them within 3 days. read full review »
