I received an email on Jan 7, 2011 at 6:47:43 pm indicating that my order will arrive very soon. Mind you, I had already talked to and sent and email cancelling my order back in Nov. I tried calling the number on the email 800-320-2983 and have been on hold 35 min now. I called the number on the pending transaction that lists them as KMASSIST.com of 866-942-5246, i was on hold 32 min no answer.
