Bad service from virgin mobile. After 4 hours no response when promised a call back they tell you you have been logged so they can't help you. at the moment then they say they will help they do not listen to the complaint and hang up on the customer instead of dealing with the problem. This problem has continued for 2 weeks the main excuse is there is also no manager on the floor to help what kind of organisation is this? a circus?
