I have always expected nothing less than pathetic service when going through the drive through at Mc Donald's [Opposite Tygervalley Centre]. If your order isn't being messed up, you are either waiting for ages to receive your meal or the staff are plain lazy and could give a dam about the so called 'excellent customer service' you are meant to receive.
