I phone their call centre on the 29th of Jan to ask what my outstandind bill was. They provide me with an amount, that I pay on the same day. Then they send me an account on the 15th of Feb, showing that my Jan account was not paid, and they suspend my account on the 23rd. I phoned them and they say that my cycle is from the 15th to the 15th and that on the 29th of Jan when I asked for my outstanding amount that the Jan amount was not reflecting. What kind of a billing system is this, can we trust their system at all. As a business man I need my phone to conduct business, but they refuse to activate my account, even if they have made the mistake. read full review »
