Bought an Islander Jacket, on-line, ten days before Xmas. The money was taken, the next day. Didn't receive the item before Xmas, or in the run up to the New Year. Only had computer generated messages, when placing the order and emailing to ask about delivery. New Year arrived and went, without any trace of the jacket. So after the statutory 21 days, decided to send an email asking what had happened to my order. Two phone calls, many emails and 10 days later still complete silence!!!
