Just a word of advice to people looking to refinance, DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO. My husband and I are fortunate, we have no debt, good credit, good income and a fairly large nest egg. We are in our 60's and most likely will not live to pay off mortgage (we are refinancing &25, 000) and I am sure that is the reason they want to get rid of us however we all know that age discrimination is illegal so we have been harassed for 4 months asking for difficult to get meaningless piece of papers.
