I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No. 4386240315283463 of Hdfc bank, Mall road branch, Ludhiana in Union Bank of India Atm, station ID DLUD 00101111111 situated at Dugri, Phase 1, Ludhiana on 26.12.2010 at 14:44 P.M for withdrawal of Rs.10000/- unfortunately, No cash delivered by ATM, but my A/c. No. 00341050049364 was debited by 10000/-. I had lodged a complant against the same to my HDFC bank with omplant no. 162526. I was informed that the amount shall be credited to my account after 12 working days but nothing has been happened so far.
