I received cellphone upgrade Nokia 6700slide RM-576, but upon 2nd thoughts I went back to the shop within less than 24hours with the intention of changing my handset to a BLACKBERRY CURVE at higher monthly payment. At the shop and through several call's to different people, they sorry to hear of my problem but can't help me. I have been a customer with MTN for a long time I HAVE NOT used the handset, do not want to cancel my contract, but would PLEASE like to exchange the handset to another handset. read full review »
