I had ordered DSL service for my house and they were supposed to connect it by 29th Dec, 2010. I have not yet received the connection. When I called them up, they said that they have already given the connection and it works fine. But, since the telephone box is inside the apt building, no one AT&T had come to connect, I had to call them up and after 7 to 8 persons finally i was able to talk to someone and explain the situation.
