I have been having a problem with my mail man putting my mail "in" my mail box on my porch. Mostly all summer, if he doesnt feel lik climbing my to flights of steps he'll throw my mail on the porch or on my lawn rain or shine! I am physically disabled and most of my mail is crucial to my physical health, Doc appts. Etc.
