I placed an order for this product in November of 2010 as a Christmas gift for my mother and father. I received my item earlier than anticipated but was missing a very important part of it. It hadn't come with the stand to support the 60" TV I had purchased AND paid for (it may be on a payment plan, but the payment I made reflected the stand coming with it).
