I have two claims that have remained unpaid for 3 mths. During this time, Gen-Health have lied to me 3 times: 1. They said they accidentally refunded the doctor directly, instead of me (which they did not). 2. They said they did an EFT to my cheque account (which they did not) 3. Then they insisted they deposited a cheque into my account over a weekend (which they did not). Each time I ask for proof of payment I get given a reference number and they don't send anything.
