Without any text messages or phone calls, my 2-year cell phone contract came to an end in February without me realising it - that is until I saw the bill! Without my subscription discount, my debit amount was 4 times my usual payment. The strangest thing however, was that I was offered an upgrade 5 days AFTER my contract expired!? Trying to explain my situation was useless as my 4 e-mails and numerous calls all ended up with somebody else on the other side (I think I'm acquianted with a quarter of the staff at Cell C now!!).
