I purchased several christmas gift cards at a Walmart in Yuma, AZ. Somehow, the intended gift cards that were mailed to the same individual were never received. I had a receipt with confirmation numbers on all of them. The gift coupons were from Walmart, Kohl's Department Store, and Pizza Hut. It is only Pizza Hut who refused to reissue me a new card, and kept claiming the confirmation number I had on my receipt never existed.
