Are we being discriminated against? We have an existing bond (nearly settled) & would like to buy a guesthouse, which makes MUCH more than the potential bond repayment & the land & buildings are worth SUBSTANTIALLY more. We have ITC clearance and have submitted management statements & business plans. We have done our homework. We feel that Nedbank is not actually looking at the proposal on the table.
