TJMAXX does not have a policy in writing that claims they will not accept return items from HOMEGOODS/TJMAXX. We've been a loyal shopper at TJMAX for over 10 years and have never experienced such discrimination on returning an item. We purchased a decorative item from HOMEGOOD/TJMAXX in Allen, TX because it was only available there.
